We cannot talk to wives, significant others, mothers, fathers or other family members about scheduling an appointment to get the individual in. It has to be the individual.

We can answer any questions asked by family members, as long as it is not specifically about an individual in treatment, or if their loved contacted us. The Federal Confidentiality Law prohibits us from doing this.

1. Call us. We cannot guarantee if you will get to see the Admission Counselor without an appointment.
2. Pre-Screening. This is a form we can fill out over the phone. It takes 15 to 20 minutes. This must be completed before an Admission.
3. If at all possible, make sure you are able to provide us with a photo ID, Social Security Card, and proof of income. This will speed up the process of obtaining a date and time for an admission.
4. If you are on prescriptions (and entering the Residential Program), you must have a minimum of a 30 day supply, or a note from your doctor indicating that you no longer have to take the meds.
5. Have all your affairs in order. We do not give out passes to individuals who are in our in the Residential Program unless in an extreme case of emergency.
6. Be on time for your scheduled appointment.
7. Bring your clothes and hygiene items with you at the scheduled time of admission. Call for a list of what to and what not to bring if entering the Residential Program.

We have limited number of State Beds available. If you are unable to pay, anticipate being placed on a Waiting List. This could take up to six weeks. Use this time to get #4 and #5 completed. We also have Interim Services available (please ask about them when you call). Be sure to have a good phone number in which we can call you back, as the wait can diminish rather quickly.
